Away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, island life is on a time of its own.



Voices ring out in harmony echoing the Diao Lou Shan Village from Hai Kou upon arrival. Our eyes meet each other, shaking hands in joyfulness and excitement.

It was impossible to travel from village to village there, when it was always in total darkness when the day reaches dawn. Our group members eagerly express interest in learning everything that we could come about with, and installing of solar panels was one of it. With our hands in action, we brought about light.

We have also re-discovered the magic when people come together for a common purpose to change the world around them. The value of human connection and its power to inspire others is just so incredible. Together we have created the special bond and atmosphere between us, the joy and hope that we can come about when we meet each other again in the late future, singing and dancing in harmony in our coming future.
